Shipping policy

Effective October 8, 2026

Everything Rating Talk sells is digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges and no customs.

How you get your files

The moment your payment is confirmed, your files are ready, in three places, with the same download buttons in each:

  1. The thank-you page, which you reach right after payment (after a one-time offer page if one appears, whether you take the offer or not), shows a button for each file you bought.
  2. Your order page shows the same buttons, any time. Open it from the "Your order page" link in your order confirmation email, or sign in at https://account.ratingtalk.com with the email address you ordered with.
  3. Your order confirmation email carries the same buttons. It goes to the email address you used at checkout.

All of this happens automatically, without anyone touching it: no waiting for us, no business hours. The email can take a while to reach your inbox; the thank-you page and your order page work straight away.

If you add Exact Words after your purchase, its buttons appear the same way, on the order it belongs to.

What you get

  • The Review Meeting Kit: a phone PDF, a print PDF, an editable Word file and the run sheets as their own printable PDF.
  • The Review Paperwork Pack: an editable Word file and a PDF.
  • The Team License: the files of the kit and of the Paperwork Pack, and its license terms as a PDF.
  • Exact Words: a phone PDF and a print PDF.

The PDFs open on a phone, tablet or computer and can be printed. The Word files are easiest on a computer, or in the Word or Google Docs app on a phone. Save the files to your own device once you have them.

If a button doesn't work

  • Inside Facebook's or Instagram's built-in browser a file can fail to open or save. Open the page in Safari or Chrome and tap the button again.
  • Some company networks block downloads from sites they haven't seen before. Try your phone or a personal computer.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam, promotions and updates folders first, and search your inbox for "Rating Talk". On a work address, your company's filter may be holding it: check your quarantine folder or ask IT.

Your files are still on your order page, so nothing is lost. Reopen the thank-you page from your browser history, or email support@ratingtalk.com with your order number, or with the date, the amount and the last four digits of your card, and we will send your download links again.

We reply within 1–2 business days. If we can't get a file you bought to you, we refund it in full, whatever the date.

Delivery region

Anyone can buy, wherever they are. Everything we sell is written for workplaces in the United States.
